Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Additional materials released as part of the continuing congressional process.
